By using this site, placing an order or submitting a project you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Altitude camouflage patterns, artwork, product photography, copy and the Altitude name and logo belong to Altitude Camo Co. Building a custom colorway does not transfer ownership of the underlying pattern — you receive an exclusive colorway of an Altitude pattern, produced for you.

You keep ownership of the logo and artwork you upload. By uploading it you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on product, and you allow Altitude to reproduce it for the purpose of proofing and producing your order.

Retail prices are shown in US dollars. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully captured. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund that item.

Custom production begins at 50 pieces. Pricing shown on the site is a starting estimate, not a quote. The final quote is issued by Altitude after artwork and production review.

Custom products are made specifically for you. The approved production proof controls the final design: colors, artwork placement, branding method and construction are what appears on the approved proof.

On-screen concept previews are conceptual only. They are not colour-accurate, not to scale and are not a production proof.

Nothing enters production until you approve the proof and the agreed payment terms are met. Colour, material and branding feasibility are confirmed during proofing, and Altitude may recommend a different branding method where production requires it.

Slight variation between pieces is normal in cut-and-sew and embroidered production and is not a defect.

Wholesale is application-based and intended for retailers stocking existing Altitude product. Approval, terms and minimums are confirmed in writing after review.

The site is provided as-is. Altitude is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
