How Altitude retail orders and custom production runs are shipped.
Retail orders are packed and dispatched from the United States. Once your order ships you receive a confirmation with tracking, and tracking is also shown in your account under My Orders.
Shipping cost and available methods are calculated at checkout before payment.
Custom runs ship separately from retail orders. Freight method, cost and timing for a custom run are agreed with Altitude as part of your quote, because they depend on quantity, destination and deadline.
Production timing begins after proof approval and payment terms are met — typically 6–8 weeks from approved proof. Altitude confirms the schedule for your specific run in writing.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, contact Altitude and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
Where international shipping is offered, any duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
